What are the space requirements to host a Pamper'd Party?
Pamper'd parties can take place in any average-sized living room or bonus room. To ensure that we have an amazing SPArty, we require the space to be cleaned and cleared prior to our arrival. Many clients have rented spaces such as hotels, clubhouses, churches and studios for parties.
Do you travel?
Pamper'd is a mobile spa service. We travel directly to the client, servicing Miami-Dade and Broward counties. We sometimes host pop up parties which are held at select locations. Only at this time would you be required to travel to us!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Paypal. If you would like to leave a tip for a job well done by our staff, you can also use Cash or Venmo.
Do you require a deposit and when is payment due?
A deposit of $75 is required for all Pamper'd parties. This deposit is non-refundable and is applied towards the full cost of your SPArty. In the event that the party has to be rescheduled, that deposit can also be applied towards the new date. The remaining balance of your SPArty is due prior to the start of the session.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We ask that you book your party at least 7 days prior to the requested date. Our dates are limited, so we do suggest that you try reserving your slot as soon as possible.
Are there a minimum number of girls required to book a party?
Yes. Pamper'd required a minimum of 3 girls for any party package.
Are you licensed cosmetologist?
Pamper'd parties are for entertainment purposes only. Although some of our staff are licensed in massage therapy, makeup artistry and esthetics, not all are licensed. We do not use salon grade equipment or product. We do, however, provide the ultimate spa experience for young girls ages 3-13 to recreate the feeling of an adult spa for our princesses. Pamper'd takes the sanitation, health and safety of our guests and our staff seriously. All appropriate measures are taken to ensure that our guests have a fabulous time while remaining sanitary and safe.
Do you provide decorations?
Pamper'd provides all spa decorations and if a theme is selected, we will provide decor for this as well. You are always welcome to include any personal decorations into any package.
What if a guest arrives late? Do they still recieve all services?
Pamper'd runs on a very strict schedule for any and all packages. It is extremely important that all guests arrive on time.
