Q: What do I need to do to prepare for a Pamper'd party?

​A: In preparation for our Glamizons to cater to your Princess, we ask that their fingernails and toenails are clipped to your liking.  All nail polish should be removed before we start the service. Our Glamizons will need a spacious area to set up for spa services with easy access to a sink, for bowl changes.  It's best if we are provided an open area, so all Princesses can be a part of the spa experience. We will provide our own manicure stations, stools, bowls, and other necessities needed to perform spa duties.

Q:  What areas do you service?

​A:  We currently service Miami-Dade and Broward counties.  Should you reside outside of our service area, we are typically still able to provide services with an additional charge for travel.

Q:  Do you provide decorations?

​A:  If you select a theme from one of our packages, we will provide basic decorations.  Any additional decorations that are needed for an event should be provided by the client.


Q:  Can I only book your packages or can I customize a party?

​A:  We have packages available to make your planning as stress-free as possible, but you are more than welcome to customize your own package.  To ensure that each party is unique and memorable, there is always a one-on-one consultation with a lead Glamizon to accommodate your needs and create that special day.

Q:  Do you cut, clip or file nails?

​A: We do file, but do not cut or clip nails or cuticles.  We ask that this be done before Glamizons arrive and that all nail polish be removed if possible.

Q:  How far in advance should I book a party?

​​A: We prefer larger parties to book at least 3-4 weeks in advance.  Play Dates may be booked 1-2 weeks in advance. NOTE: Any larger parties requested within 1-2 weeks of event will be charged an extra fee of $65.  

​Q: What if I already booked and need to cancel?

A: We understand life happens; however, there will be a rescheduling fee of $55 as preparation has already been made for your party by this time.  Note: Any parties cancelled without rescheduling, within 1-2 weeks of scheduled event date will lose deposit fee.​

Q:  Do you have a building?

​A:  Pamper'd is a mobile service, which means we bring the fun to you!

Q: Do you do outdoor events?

​A:  Of course!

Q:  Do I have to pay a deposit?

​A:  All Pamper'd parties require a deposit of 35%.  This deposit is applied toward the total balance of your party.

Q:  Are your Glamizons certified/licensed?

​A:  Pamper'd services are specifically for entertainment purposes.  Our Glamizons have years of childcare experience, but are not licensed.

Q:   What services do you perform?

​A: We provide manicures, pedicures, activities and facials

Q: What type of parties/events do you service?

​A:We service all types of events for your princess.  Birthdays, play dates, group activities, school breaks, and more...we bring the fun to you!

Q:  Do you provide services for parents?

A:  Our services are catered towards young girls ages 3-13.  Again, services are for entertainment purposes only.  We do offer mommy and me services for small groups.

Q: When is the remainder of my payment due?
A: The remainder of your total will be due on the day of the event, before our glamizons begin their services.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal & Cash. We do not accept checks.

​Q: Would my party be cancelled or refunded due to inclement weather?

A: In the case of inclement weather or if your party is cancelled due to inclement weather, allow us to reschedule your party.  A refund will not be granted, however we will add on an extra service free of charge!
